Conveyor system Single
The Single conveyor is a track consisting of a single 60x68 profile with a closed or open cycle for which both horizontal and vertical curves are available.
In case of an automatic rail, workpieces will be hanged to a cardan chain’s suspension holes or in case of a manual rail they will be hanged to four-wheel carriages hanging from the conveyor rail.
The maximum weight/point of suspension of the Single conveyor is about 100 kg.
From Single conveyors the upside-down conveyors are especially well suited for food industry thanks to their closed structure. The capacity will be designed according to the client’s requirements. Generally the track speed remains between 0.5 m/min and 4 m/min.
The Single conveyors are also available in wet painted or hot galvanized versions and as RST profiles.
Conveyor system Power and Free
The Power and Free conveyor consists of two profiles of which the upper one has a 60x68 single profile with a cardan chain and the lower one has four-wheel carriages.
The P&F system provides an extremely functional and good transportation capacity, also for heavy products.
Among other things, the conveyor system is able to stop carriages, direct them to other lines or, by means of elevators, to immerse them, for example, into the paikor pre-treatment reservoir.
Floor conveyor systems
Floor conveyors are generally chain-driven lines consisting of the Single profile or P&F profile.
The Single floor conveyors are suitable for painting and grit blasting of very small rectangular workpieces.
Floor conveyors cannot reach the same capacity as hanging conveyors.
